AIR-JET TEXTURED YARN

Air-jet texturing makes filament yarns look and feel like conventionally spun yarns, but its' performance is greatly enhanced. Abrasion resistance is greatly increased-pilling is virtually eliminated. We have also produced specialty yarns utilizing this process. Stretch yarns with an elastomer as a core, boucle' yarns, and ultra high bulk (caterpillar like) yarns name but a few.

Fine to coarse counts.
Air-jet transforms ordinary spun yarn to look like mohair.
